
Under the Sea

1/2oz gin, rum, vodka, tequila

1/2oz triple sec

1oz blue curacao

4oz pineapple juice

Add the vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, blue curacao, and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice.

Bahama Mama
-
1oz coconut rum
-
1oz dark overproof rum
-
1/2oz coffee liqueur
-
2 1/2oz pineapple juice

3/4oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Garnish: brandied cherry, pineapple wedge

Add the coconut rum, dark overproof rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Collins or hurricane glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a skewered brandied cherry and a pineapple wedge.
Old Fashion

1 teaspoon sugar
-
3 dashes Angostura bitters
-
1 teaspoon water
-
2oz bourbon (or rye whiskey, if preferred)

Garnish: orange twist

Add the sugar and bitters into a mixing glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.

Fill the mixing glass with ice, add the bourbon, and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube.

Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass, then drop into the glass to garnish.
Green Tea Shot

1/2oz Irish whiskey

1/2oz peach schnapps

1/2oz sweet-and-sour mix*

Lemon-lime soda (such as 7Up or Sprite), to top

Add the whiskey, schnapps, and sweet-and-sour mix into a shaker with ice and shake to chill.

Strain into a shot glass.

Top with a small splash of lemon-lime soda.
Blue Hawaii

3/4oz vodka

3/4oz light rum
-
3oz pineapple juice

1/2oz blue curacao

1oz sweet & sour mix

Add vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet-and-sour mix into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.
Long Island Iced Tea

3/4oz vodka, rum, gin, tequila

3/4oz triple sec

3/4oz simple syrup
-
3/4oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Cola, to top
-
Garnish: lemon wedge
-
Add the vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, simple syrup and lemon juice to a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with a splash of the cola and stir briefly.
-
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Serve with a straw.
Peachtree Julep

1 1/2oz bourbon

1 1/2oz peach schnapps

1oz sweet & sour mix

1oz peach puree

Top with sprite

Add the bourbon, schnapps, sweet-and-sour mix, and peach pure into a shaker with ice and shake to chill.

Strain into a tall glass.

Top with a small splash of lemon-lime soda.
Margarita
-
2oz blanco
-
1/2oz orange liqueur
-
1oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/2oz agave syrup
-
Garnish: lime wheel

Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel and kosher salt rim (optional).
Lemon Drop Martini

2oz vodka
-
1/2oz triple sec
-
1oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-
1oz simple syrup
-
Garnish: sugar rim
-
Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside (do this a few minutes ahead so the sugar can dry and adhere well to the glass).

Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into the prepared glass.
